VMM-161 Banshee Shoulder Patches

VMM-161 Banshee — Embroidered Patch

The First Greyhawks — Banshee Edition

VMM-161, the Greyhawks, unleash their Banshee variant — a nod to the squadron's aggressive spirit and combat heritage. This shoulder patch captures the fierce identity of one of Marine aviation's most historic tiltrotor squadrons.

VMM-161, the Greyhawks, operates MV-22B Ospreys from MCAS Miramar under MAG-16 and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. The squadron traces its lineage to HMM-161, one of the first Marine helicopter squadrons to fly combat missions in Vietnam. The Banshee variant patch captures the squadron's warrior spirit — the howling battle cry that precedes the Greyhawks into the fight.

Perfect For:
VMM-161 Greyhawks veterans and active duty Marines, MV-22 Osprey community, MAG-16 personnel, and Marine tiltrotor squadron collectors.
